In a 50-50 Joint venture with P.R.I.M.E., Corp. of California, TTT offers
the following Value-Added Logistics Services to US/International client
companies of all sizes:
- Access to the PRIME International Trade and Transportation Center in
Shafter/California, midway between the major hubs of Los Angeles/Long
Beach and San Francisco/Oakland and near the oil hub of
Bakersfield
- Vertically integrated center focused on needs of US and International
Small to Medium Size Enterprises (SME) serving the US and/or
international markets through services including, but not limited to:
- customs clearing (duties, taxes)
- brokerage/freight forwarding (container/cargo)
- warehousing with automated tracking/inventory
- value added distribution
- sales/marketing strategy/execution including strong e-commerce
component
- foreign exchange
- limited assembly/repair
- Export Trading Companies
- quality control inspection
- Satellite Foreign Trade Zone, FTC Los Angeles District 202
- Close coordination with the California Integrated Logistics Center,
inland multimodal freight hub
- Kern County Air & Expedited Motor Carrier Association (AEMCA)
- International Training and Business Incubation Center
- Close cooperation with the US Department of Commerce and Kern
County Economic Development Corporation
While P.R.I.M.E.'s initial focus is on the Pacific Rim and India, all
international project opportunities and relationships will be considered
on a case by case basis.

The TTT Logistics Division also will develop similar Vertically Integrated
Logistics Centers in joint venture with local logistics leaders in major
international hub cities in Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia
Pacific, in part to process the significant logistics needs generated by
TTT Industrial Parks in those regions.
