TTT NIGERIA IBAKA OIL/GAS INDUSTRIAL PARK

TTT Inc Holding Group is codeveloping the TTT Ibaka Oil/Gas Industrial Park, through its TTT Nigeria Development Company (USA) and 3T Industrial Parks Development Company (Nigeria) affiliates, on a 500 Hectare/1250 Acre site near the oceanfront.

A total of 45% of the land area will be built up in a Mixed Use Development:

1. Industrial: 4,500,000 Square meters, with focus on Oil and Gas, Energy Systems, and Construction Materials
2. Biomass Cogeneration Energy Plant
3. Housing Estates: 5 subdivisions of 200 single family homes

The Industrial Development Staging for 2007-2009 is planned as: 30 Buildings of 20,000 square meters 40 Buildings of 15,000 square meters 50 Buildings of 10,000 square meters 40 Buildings of 5,000 square meters with associated Biomass power plant and Utilities

The Residential Housing Staging for 2007-2009 is planned as:
1. 100 Large homes (250 square meters)
2. 250 Medium homes (150 square meters)
3. 650 Small homes (80 square meters)
using TTT proprietary block, wood frame and/or metal frame construction materials



							The Industrial Park will house a Technical School with 8 trade specializations for 400 students of high school age and above, offering advanced skills in: oil and gas development, welding, instrumentation, construction, energy systems, environmental systems, factory automation, and marine technologies.


The estimated Ibaka Project Investment Value totals approximately 360 Million USD, with breakdown as follows:
1. Industrial: 3.5 million sq.meters: 315 Million USD
2. Residential: 114,500 sq.meters: 4 Million USD
3. Biomass Cogen Power Plant: 50 MW: 30 Million USD
4. Metal Fabrication/Machine Shop/Construction Plant Equipment: 10 Million USD

Anticipated Investment Sources include the TTT Africa Mutual Fund, ChevronTexaco (USA and Nigeria), the US Overseas Private Investment Corporation (US OPIC) and US EXIM Bank, Boeing/ Northrop Grumman/Raytheon/General Electric Offset Programs, European Union and World Bank/IMF Africa Regional Funds and South African and Nigerian major corporations.

TTT has established TTT West Africa Development Company (TWADC) as a 50-50 joint venture with GHANAWORLD CONSORTIUM OF PROFESSIONALS INC, a corporation registered in both Chicago/USA and Ghana/West Africa, and led by Preps Fiadzigbe.

It is anticipated that the Ghana-based entity will coordinate all TTT business activities in English-speaking West Africa exclusing Nigeria, while activities in French-speaking West Africa will be channeled through TTT Leukitek International Sarl in Burkina Faso.

1. TTT GHANA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

   While TTT West Africa Development Company will be able to implement projects in all TTT Focus Sectors, the initial focus will be on the systematic implementation of a SOYBEAN PROCESSING PLANT in Ghana, in coordination with the Ghana National Association of Farmers and Fishermen (GNAFF), the Agricultural Development Bank, the Irrigation Company of Upper Region Ltd (ICOUR) and the University of Ghana Faculty of Agriculture, all in Ghana, and the International Soybean Program at the University of Illinois and Global Foods Associates Inc in the United States.

   The proposed Soybean Processing plant will be located in the city of Tema and will process raw soybeans into 9 rich soy foods:

   • Textured Vegetable Protein
   • Soy Protein Isolate
