TTT-WILMA BIOFUEL AND EMISSIONS REDUCTION COMPANY:
The TTT-WILMA Biofuel and Emission Reduction Company has been established as a 50-50 joint venture between TTT USA and WILMA- WORLD INSTITUTE FOR LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT IN AFRICA, INC, a Washington DC (USA) based private foundation with East Africa Headquarters in Dar es Salaaam/Tanzania.
TTT and the WILMA for-profit unit WILMA CDM Services, LLC will systematically evaluate food processing projects in (East) Africa with potential for Biofuel (liquid/gas) production, with special focus on projects for which (Carbon) Emissions Reduction can be clearly established and financing tools based thereon developed.

TTT EAST AFRICA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY:
TTT established this company in 2000 with the following target activities:
- generation/coordination of US and European investment, technology transfer and joint ventures into Uganda and the other East African nations, particularly Congo, Kenya and Tanzania.
- establishment of TTT industrial parks as demonstration sites for key TTT Energy, Construction, Environment, Factory Automation, Food processing and IT/Telecommunications technologies/capabilities.

Founded in 1968, East Mengo Union Ltd is a cooperative organization of 250 primary grower societies, owning land/buildings sufficient to house a processing plant with presently idled processing lines from TTT's KV Croatia processing plants.

TTT NIGERIA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY:
TTT Nigeria Development Company is a USA-based joint venture owned equally by 4 groups:
- TTT Inc Holding Group (USA)
- SBC Trust (AMEN Division, Obiora, USA)
- SME Net (Eleazu, Nigeria)
- Fixital Ltd (Akinpelu, Nigeria)
Its major activities include but are not limited to:

Park, through its TTT Nigeria Development Company (USA) and 3T
Industrial Parks Development Company (Nigeria) affiliates, on a 500
Hectare/1250 Acre site near the oceanfront.
A total of 45% of the land area will be built up in a Mixed Use
Development:
- Industrial: 4,500,000 Square meters, with focus on Oil and Gas,
Energy Systems, and Construction Materials
- Biomass Cogeneration Energy Plant
- Housing Estates: 5 subdivisions of 200 single family homes
The Industrial Development Staging for 2007-2009 is planned as:

360 Million USD, with breakdown as follows:
- Industrial: 3.5 million sq.meters: 315 Million USD

- Biomass Cogen Power Plant: 50 MW: 30 Million USD
- Metal Fabrication/Machine Shop/Construction Plant Equipment:
10 Million USD
Anticipated Investment Sources include the TTT Africa Mutual

TTT WEST AFRICA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY:
TTT has established TTT West Africa Development Company (TWADC) as a 50-50 joint venture with GHANAWORLD CONSORTIUM OF PROFESSIONALS INC, a corporation registered in both Chicago/USA and Ghana/West Africa, and led by Preps Fiadzigbe.
It is anticipated that the Ghana-based entity will coordinate all TTT business activities in English-speaking West Africa exclusing Nigeria, while activities in French-speaking West Africa will be channeled through TTT Leukitek International Sarl in Burkina Faso.
- TTT GHANA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
While TTT West Africa Development Company will be able to implement projects in all TTT Focus Sectors, the initial focus will be on the systematic implementation of a SOYBEAN PROCESSING PLANT in Ghana, in coordination with the Ghana National Association of Farmers and Fishermen (GNAFF), the Agricultural Development Bank, the Irrigation Company of Upper Region Ltd (ICOUR) and the University of Ghana Faculty of Agriculture, all in Ghana, and the International Soybean Program at the University of Illinois and Global Foods Associates Inc in the United States.
The proposed Soybean Processing plant will be located in the city of Tema and will process raw soybeans into 9 rich soy foods:
- Soy Flour
- Fresh Soymilk
- Aseptically Packaged Liquid Soymilk
- Soy Based Infant Formulas
- Textured Vegetable Protein
- Soy Protein Isolate
- Soy Protein Tofu
- Soy Oil
- Soy Meal
It is estimated that Ghana can produce up to 37,500 tons of soybeans yearly. The TTT West Africa Development Company Soybean Processing Plant requires Equipment Startup Costs of $ 330,000, and expects Year 2 Breakeven on Revenues of nearly $ 6.3 Million.

TTT Inc. Holding Group has formed the TTT GAMBIA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY as a 50-50 Joint Venture with the GAM Solar company of The Gambia. GAM Solar is the largest renewable energy firm in The Gambia. The TTT Francophone West Africa Development Company was established within
the USA-based TTT Inc. Holding Group as the coordinating entity for TTT
projects in Cote Ivoire/Ivory Coast, Senegal and surrounding
French-speaking countries, and consists of the following main entities:
- TTT IVORY COAST DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
The TTT Ivory Coast Development Company is a joint venture owned 25% by TTT
USA, 25% by ABM Professional Associates (USA) and 50% the COPAGRI
agroindustrial development company in Ivory Coast (Adou Nioupin, Managing
Director).
The main purpose of TTT Ivory Coast Development Company will be:
- Development of AGRO-INDUSTRIAL PARK and supporting social
infrastructure on 42,000 Hectares (92,000 Acres) of Plantation lands
