TTT Asia Pacific Development Company Directory:
In conjunction with the Terri Lee Family (in USA, Taiwan and Mainland China), TTT Asia Pacific Development Company (TAPDC) has the following core activities:
- systematic promotion in North America and Europe of Taiwan/Mainland China firms/technology/projects in the Energy, Environment, Factory Automation, Information Technology/Telecommunications, Engineering and Logistics Sectors, to be implemented via one/more of TTT's daughter companies.
- development of relationships in the Taiwan/Mainland China Energy/Infrastructure sectors for the possible implementation there of joint venture projects utilizing TTT Energy, Environment, Factory Automation technologies using TTT's "Shared Energy Savings" and "Shared Operational Efficiency Improvement" financing methods.
- development of additional relationships in India, ASEAN, Australia and Japan.

TTT PHILIPPINES DEVELOPMENT COMPANY:
In conjunction with the Labrador Family and their group of companies including Labtech Manufacturing Industries Inc., TTT has established this 50-50 Joint Venture with the following initial goals:
- ESCO Energy Projects:
- Special focus on the Philippine facilities of rapid growth export oriented Electronic Firms, more specifically those established more than 5 years ago and those presently performing subcontracting operations which are very cost sensitive.
- TTT Phillipines Development Company Co-Director Mr. Labrador now represents HMR-Labtech which has joined the more than 100 electronic companies belonging to the Semiconductor Electronics Industries of the Philippines as an Associate member. Mr. Labrador is a member of the Environment Committee of the prestigious Management Association of the Philippines and is one of two members responsible for promoting Energy Efficiency among its members. Thus far, the CEOs of more than 12 member companies have volunteered to have themselves considered as possible participants in the Committee on Energy Efficiency.
- Other Subcommittees within the MAP Energy Efficiency Committee led by Mr. Labrador are the groups on Environmental Advocacy, the Philippine Council for Sustainable Environment, the Environmental Leadership Program, and the Greening the Supply Chain initiative.
- Precision Tool, Die and Mold
services for the Electronics industry. Mr. Labrador is a Director of the Manila Chapter of the Metal Industries Association of the Philippines.
- Purchase
of new and pre-owned equipment from the Electronics industry and programming and adaptation of such equipment for other automated production facilities.

TTT INDIA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY:
TTT India Development Company is a 50-50 Joint Venture between TTT INC
(HOLDING GROUP, USA) and the PAVANI INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED of
Nellore/Andhra Pradesh, part of the Pavani Group of construction
companies.
Project structuring and implementation will be managed by the following

Energy Savings and Power Purchase Agreement Financing Executive Memorandum).
- CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS:
In coordination with TTT USA HQ, TTT India will systematically structure &
implement a range of residential, commercial and industrial park
construction projects (see Global Development Projects, Construction
and TTT 2007-2009 Mixed Use Construction projects Executive
Memorandum).
Due to TTT's extensive experience with Military/Aerospace Offset Contracts,
TTT India is interested in structuring/partnering in projects with Indian
government or industry that may be eligible for Offset Credits.

TTT and FRESH FOODS GROUP LTD of Bangladesh (www.seafresh.com) have formed a 50-50 USA-based joint venture to study the feasibility of various fruit/vegetable processing opportunities in Bangladesh.
