A 50-50 Joint Venture with partners in Nicaragua and El Salvador, TTT Latin America will focus primarily on inexpensive residential housing combined with energy generation, an industrial park, and food processing.

  1. TTT NICARAGUA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

    A 50-50 Joint venture between TTT and the Microcredit NGO CEPRODEL, TTT NICARAGUA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY will initially focus on:

    1. Planning/Construction/Sale of at least 100 Affordable Homes (50-60 square meters) in Pochocuape sector of Managua
    2. Gathering of Municipal Waste from the Municipality of Leon and surrounding communities as use in Biomass/Cogeneration Energy Plant to provide energy to the Pochocuape homes, with excess energy to be sold on the open market
    3. Planning/Construction/Sale of at least 500 Affordable Homes in Municipality of Leon
    4. Food Processing Plant Expansion in Leon

    CEPRODEL was established in 1991 to engage in sustainable community development, employs about 120 staff members, and as of year-end 2005 served more than 10,000 Borrowers, of which 58% Female, from an Asset base of 7 Million US Dollars.

TTT USA has entered into a 50-50 joint venture with the MIDAS TECHNOLOGY DOS BRASIL, LTDA., company of Sao Paulo/Brazil to focus on the systemic buildout throughout Brazil of various Cogeneration Energy Powerplants and Biofuels Projects, including, but not limited to:


Directors of the new joint venture are Walter Ferreira dos Santos and Steve & Chris Kirk of the Walton Construction Company of Kansas City, Missouri.

TTT MEXICO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY:

TTT Mexico Development Company is a 50-50 Joint Venture between TTT Inc Holding Group and a group of community development specialists and microentreprise investors headed by Luis Molina, Isaac Olivarria and Juan Valencia in the state of Sonora.

  1. TTT MEXICO ENERGY SYSTEMS MANUFACTURING DIVISION

This 50-50 joint venture with the MAVASA SA de CV group, led by David Vallejos in Sonora, will assume all North American production and marketing activities for the TTT Disco HVAC program, and will be located in a focused small TTT industrial park in Nogales/Sonora, supplemented potentially by an industrial park in Guanajuato.

  3. TTT SAN LUIS RIO COLORADO INDUSTRIAL PARK DIVISION:
  4. TTT Inc Holding Group will codevelop with the Francisco Flores Family up to 500 hectares of land near SLRC in the 2006-2010 timeframe in 50 hectare increments, each with the following focus:

    Industry is the second largest sector (after agroprocessing) in SLRC, employing nearly 11,000 (almost 30% of the working age population) in more than 20 major Maquiladora plants, located in 60 hectares of existing Industrial Parks, which our TTT Industrial Park effectively expects to at least double in size by 2010. A 900 MW cogeneration power plant is being planned to provide power to all industrial plants and nearly 5,000 new homes.

    Major US/Asian firms already operating in SLRC include BOSE (electronics) and DAEWOO (2 plants), whereas TTT is targeting firms in the Tier I/II/III Supply Chain to Boeing/Northrop Grumman/ Raytheon in the Aerospace Sector, General Motors/Ford in the Automotive and Plastics/Composite Materials Sector, General Electric Energy and ADM/Cargill/Coca Cola/Pepsi Food Processing Sector.

    ARIZONA-SONORA DISCIPLES OF CHRIST CONGREGATIONS SUPPORT

    TTT supports the efforts of the Arizona-Sonora Partnership of the Arizona Region and the Mexican Assembly of the Disciples of Christ in growing new Hispanic Congregations in Arizona and Mexico.
    The first one in Nogales/Sonora, COMUNIDAD CRISTIANA FAMILIAR, is already reaching out to its neighborhood.
