DOS BRASIL, LTDA., company of Sao Paulo/Brazil to focus on the systemic
buildout throughout Brazil of various Cogeneration Energy Powerplants and
Biofuels Projects, including, but not limited to:

TTT Mexico Development Company is a 50-50 Joint Venture between TTT Inc Holding Group and a group of community development specialists and microentreprise investors headed by Luis Molina, Isaac Olivarria and Juan Valencia in the state of Sonora.
The main focus of TTT Mexico will initially be:
Industry is the second largest sector (after agroprocessing) in SLRC, employing nearly 11,000 (almost 30% of the working age population) in more than 20 major Maquiladora plants, located in 60 hectares of existing Industrial Parks, which our TTT Industrial Park effectively expects to at least double in size by 2010. A 900 MW cogeneration power plant is being planned to provide power to all industrial plants and nearly 5,000 new homes.
Major US/Asian firms already operating in SLRC include BOSE (electronics) and DAEWOO (2 plants), whereas TTT is targeting firms in the Tier I/II/III Supply Chain to Boeing/Northrop Grumman/ Raytheon in the Aerospace Sector, General Motors/Ford in the Automotive and Plastics/Composite Materials Sector, General Electric Energy and ADM/Cargill/Coca Cola/Pepsi Food Processing Sector.
