- After more than a year of negotiations and planning, a $ 25 Million
(USD) Joint Venture Agreement was signed with the Flores Family/Immobiliaria Sangerardo Del Rio Colorado SA de CV in Sonora/Mexico for the
multi-year development of a Food Processing/Renewable Energy Industrial
Park on 1,200 acres near the US Port of Entry at San Luis.

- New Industrial Sector Partners in California, Arizona, Pennsylvania, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Brazil, Bulgaria, Ivory Coast and Zambia,
with focus on master planning of Biofuel/Renewable Energy/Food

2004:
- Transfer of Ownership of all Disco Engineering H-V-AC technology to
TTT, Inc.
TTT Industrial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Curtain (HVAC)
- Development of Solar Bakeries program, with initial sites in Uganda,
Zambia, Gambia and Mexico, supported in part by US OPIC/US DOE
Loan/Grant Revolving Credit Line. Program also allows local assembly of
family scale Solar Ovens.

- 5 Year Master Planning and Development of 20 Acre "Esperanza En
Escalante" site in Tucson/Arizona (US Air Force donated land for
affordable/transitional housing for homeless veterans). Board also
includes Bill Estes Jr (Estes Homebuilding Company/KB Homes) and

TTT Mixed Use Construction: Residential, Commercial, Industrial
2003
- Optimit USA Inc, a 50-50 joint venture of TTT and Optimit a.s. of
Czech Republic, upon privatization of Optimit and its acquisition by
an Austrian plastics firm, transfers production of the Mark Easy
10-20 EEEG Neurology Head Unit (USA patented) to Ecotehor/E.C.T
Ecotrade in Croatia. USA distribution system expands to 3 national groups.
TTT Optimit Medical
2002
- Sale of Diacom USA Inc joint venture with COMET (Slovenia) to major
North American diamond tool producer, after launch of COMET on the
Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Diacom USA built a substantial US market presence
for Comet cutting tools since 1996.
- Completion of privatization of Klariko Voce (Croatia) into DONO
d.o.o, and modernization of the fruit and vegetable processing
plants started in 2000. TTT facilitated and negotiated with
financial institutions (including US EXIM), development agencies
regarding feasibility study grant (US TDA), and equipment
manufacturers in USA/European Union, and managed the development of the
financed Feasibility Study/Business Plan.

2001
- Five year update of the TTT Program for Boeing Aerospace/Northrop
Grumman companies/suppliers on ISO 9000/14000 Implementation and
Certified Quality Engineer/Software Quality Engineer/Manager/
Auditor/Reliability Engineer Training, and expansion of this program
to Allied Signal/Honeywell, Intel, Intuit and US Army Fort Huachuca.

- New Industrial Sector Partners from East and Central Africa (Uganda,
Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda) with focus on structuring of food
processing and renewable energy projects.
