A. Industrial Parks

Utilizing both TTT internal as well as external sources of world class construction, energy and other infrastructure technologies, a TTT Industrial Sector Park is intended to house 20-50 small/medium size firms in same/allied industrial sectors. TTT provides management training, international marketing and other support. RETScreen International Clean Energy Project Analysis Software
Used to evaluate energy production and savings, life-cycle costs, emission reductions, financial viability and risk for various types of energy efficient and renewable energy technologies. The software includes product, cost and climate databases, detailed online user manuals, case study based university-level training courses and engineering electronic textbooks.

B. Commercial Construction Technology

In the past 10 years TTT USA has helped optimize commercial and industrial building systems that can be implemented (materials + labor) for between 70 and 105 USD per Square Meter (NOT including land costs).
The building system has optimized layouts/geometries and building sizes (usually in increments of 1,350-1,400 Square Meters) so as to allow use of various structural materials, ranging from steel, aluminum or other metals, wood composite materials, metalmatrix composite materials, to specialized woods (bamboo).
The building system can use patented 3D variable spaceframe connector designs to maximize overall buildings strength/stability while minimizing materials use. The technology can also be used for other civil engineering applications, ie other building types (hospitals, schools, agricultural greenhouses, etc), bridges and other large arc structures.

C. Residential Construction Technology

  1. GREEN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
  2. Since 1985, TTT has been involved in various phases of the planning and development of 20 to 110 acre "Green Communities", mixed use residential, commercial and light industrial projects that maximize use of renewable technologies.

    TTT principals/partners were involved in the following parts of the Civano development process in the 1997-2007 timeframe:

    • negotiations with the Arizona State Land Department, City of Tucson/ Pima County, and Tucson Electric Power regarding project structuring
    • master planning of the overall 1,135 Acre site
    • negotiations with the Residential Builders interested in developing subdivisions within the community
    • construction of homes within the community
    • planning for a "green hospital" (Rincon Community Hospital) in the 2008-2010 timeframe
    • planning for a commercial center in the 2008-2009 timeframe

    One of the Civano residents and TTT colleague is Rich Michal whose "green home" is featured in the Winter 2006 edition of Tucson Homes Magazine and his website at www.sustainablecommunitybuilders.com.

  8. The TTT Inc Holding Group has obtained a License to the DOLEX Composite Materials technology developed by Ing. Doboli.
    It allows production of lightweight, high strength building materials using:


    The paste is mold pressed and aircurable. Thermal treatment at 280 C and/or Cryogenic treatment at - 100 C allows for brick formation.
