TTT is a private held USA-based C-corporation, registered in the State of Arizona. As of mid-2007, about 85% of the Stock in the company is owned by President Anthony Avila and the Avila family. Former company founder Alex Dely transferred ownership of stock but remains on the TTT Board of Directors. The remainder of the Stock is owned in different percentages by the various TTT Industrial Sector Partner companies/individuals.

TTT has NO DEBTS or outstanding obligations of any kind. However, nearly all TTT assets consist of rather illiquid resources:

• Technologies (patented and/or trade secret)
• 50% stakes in a number of TTT Development Companies set up with various international partner firms/individuals, most in early stages of development, with limited cash flow and assets.
