How to Structure a Project with TTT

    Once you have determined that TTT can be of value to you, and you have a project Feasibility Study/Business Plan, you are ready to contact TTT and a Partnership/Cooperation Agreement can be structured that will hopefully lead in the short to medium term to your project reaching Investment-grade level per the TTT Project Investment Criteria.

    In the past 25 years TTT has sold a product or service to more than 6,500 industrial firms globally. We request that you study in detail the TTT Customer Base section which includes a searchable database providing a breakdown by industry sector, company location and company size.

    Having learned about each other, we should now be reasonably clear if there is sufficient chemistry and synergy to build a long term business relationship while allowing both of us to maximize our focus.

    We offer 2 types of TTT Cooperation Agreements. Each requires payment of a nominal, upfront fee, in the amount of 5,000 US Dollars for Partners from developed countries (G8 and EU countries, China, India), and 2,500 US Dollars for Partners from all other countries:

    1. Industrial Sector Partnership Agreement (ISP)
    2. Shared Energy Savings Cooperation Agreement (SES/PPA)

      1. INDUSTRIAL SECTOR PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
        While an ISP Agreement is entered into for a given country and a specific focus Sector, increasingly the TTT process of economic development, especially in emerging markets, is to develop small/medium scale (500 hectare, 1200 acre) industrial parks/economic zones, each focused on a core industry sector with high growth potential, built out over a 5 to 15 years period, and into which TTT helps recruit a range of small, medium and world class companies to form a self-reinforcing economic development cluster (often focused on biofuels, agroprocessing, renewable energy technologies, oil/gas/petrochemical applications, and advanced materials).

        A project with TTT usually involves setup in USA (and possibly abroad) of a 50-50 jointly owned joint entity within TTT Inc Holding Group, followed by execution of a project-specific Joint Venture Agreement. Land is typically invested into the Joint Venture on an in-kind basis by the TTT Industrial Sector Partner, while TTT itself contributes the following, including but not limited to:

        • optimized industrial buildings and affordable housing
        • power generation and other infrastructural equipment (water and wastewater treatment plant, roads, etc)
        • equipment and processing lines
        • financing when appropriate (internal and/or external)
        • administrative support
        • market analysis and potential product distribution to/through the TTT Customer Base
        • identification of additional strategic partners
        • joint development of new technologies and/or acquisition of licenses and/or patent rights

      2. SHARED ENERGY SAVINGS ISP COOPERATION AGREEMENT

        The Shared Energy Savings Financing Model for structuring power generation, infrastructure development and factory automation projects are limited to carefully prescreened industrial or municipal customers with whom TTT develops a longterm multidimensional relationship. The conditions and limitations are described in detail in the TTT 2007-2009 Energy & Environment Projects and Shared Energy Savings/ Power Purchase Agreement Financing Executive Memoranda (see item 1 above).
